WHAT IS THE PERFORMANCE SQUAD?
The SLSNZ Performance Squad is a pool of athletes from where New Zealand representative teams are generally selected. Selection into the Performance Squad is made according to the relevant Selection Policy.
Athlete selections assist athletes to understand where they are viewed by selectors in the performance pathway and how they may progress.
