Member News review

Surf Life Saving New Zealand is currently undertaking a review of its monthly electronic newsletter "Member News" to establish whether this is the best channel to communicate general Surf Life Saving news and information.

Currently, the newsletter has approximately 16,000 subscribers but with an average open rate of 20%, a large majority of subscribers aren't reading it.

Therefore, we are seeking feedback from a wide cross section of the membership, regardless of whether they are a Member News subscriber or not, to establish if we should keep the newsletter- if so, what changes should we make to increase the open rate and if not, how would the membership like to be communicated with.

Please help us by taking a few minutes to complete the short survey online and share the link with your fellow clubbies to ensure we get a wide variety of feedback from North to South, young and old.
