Taranaki award finalists named
Wednesday, 14 June 2017Surf Life Saving Clubs in the Taranaki region will celebrate another successful season on Saturday at the annual awards ceremony.
The 2017 Surf Life Saving Taranaki Awards of Excellence will be held at the Devon Hotel in New Plymouth from 6.30pm.
The two big awards for the night will be Lifeguard of the Year and Volunteer of the Year. There will also be a host of other lifesaving, sport and service awards.
Surf Life Saving Clubs in Taranaki include Fitzroy, East End, New Plymouth Old Boys and Opunake.
