Surf Life Saving New Zealand is excited to announce the reappointment of Duane Dalton, Jonelle Quane and Scott Bartlett as National Selectors for the 2015-16 season.

The New Zealand Team coach will be the fourth member of the selection panel and this will be announced alongside the appointment of the New Zealand Team Management positions.

Surf Life Saving New Zealand Sport Manager Mike Lord says "it's exciting to have Duane, Jonelle and Scott reappointed as National Selectors for another campaign with their proven history of two back-to-back World Championships titles under their belt."

As members of the Surf Life Saving New Zealand selection panel, they will be tasked with identifying and monitoring talented athletes, attending selection events and selecting New Zealand and New Zealand Youth representative squads and teams.

The panel has been appointed for a period of 18 months from March 1, 2015 to September 30, 2016 following the Lifesaving World Championships (Rescue 2016) in The Netherlands.

The next selection event is the AquaPick Surf Life Saving New Zealand Championships 2015 which is being held in Gisborne from March 12-15 where a New Zealand Squad and Development Squad will be named along with the New Zealand and New Zealand Youth representative teams who will compete at the International Surf Rescue Challenge in Australia in September.
