New Partnership Activation Specialist announced

Surf Life Saving New Zealand is pleased to announce that Rob Sanders has been appointed as the new Partnership Activation Specialist.

This is a fixed-term contract over the balance of this financial year to assist Projects Manager Matt Warren and Commercial Manager Mike Keech with fundraising and partner activations. This will include taking a lead role in coordinating some of the elements for Coca-Cola Christmas in the Park, the Summer Appeal, Wellington Phoenix game collections and various other partner activities.

Surf Life Saving New Zealand CEO Paul Dalton says Rob comes to us from the Orange Group where he was a Senior Account Event Manager. His background also includes managing activation activities and the 2012 Olympic and Paralympics in London, the 2011 Rugby World Cup, Ruapehu Mountain Madigra and various others. "With this experience, Rob will be a valuable addition to the team over the summer months," he says.

We look forward to welcoming Rob to his new role on Wednesday November 13. He will be based out of Auckland. . 

This is the final role that has been created out of not replacing the General Manager Club Development role, the other two being the Member Development Manager and Admin Support role.
