Club Overview
The Whakakatane Surf Lifesaving Club is based at Ohope Beach in the Bay of Plenty. In 2008 the Club celebrated its 75th Anniversary and today still is an integral part of the beach, Whakatane town and the district.

Patrol Hours
Ohope beach will be patrolled by Surf Lifeguards every Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays from 11am to 4pm between 4 December 2021 20 March 2022. Week day patrols from 10am to 6pm start from 20 December 2021 until 28 January 2022.
