Welcome to Waimairi SLSC. A voluntary Surf Lifesaving club established in 1949. Waimairi is the most northern of the Christchurch city beaches located at the intersection of Beach Road & Marine Parade Christchurch.

Waimairi Beach is patrolled on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays between 15 November 2019 and 15 March 2020. Volunteer lifeguards patrol from 1:00pm to 5:00pm on Saturdays and 11:00am to 5:00pm on Sundays.
A Regional Lifeguard Service is provided Monday to Friday from 10:00am to 6:00pm during 16 December 2019 to 31 January 2020.
