Club Overview
North Beach was founded in 1916 when locals in the area saw the need to offer a service on the beach by Thompson Park. Today North Beach has a strong tradition in Surf Boats and Beach events and continues to offer a friendly enviroment for all competitors in all facets of surf sports and lifeguarding
*Family friendly club with strong junior club. Children encouraged with their whānau from Under 5 - 14, then seniors 14 and up.

Patrol Hours
North Beach will be patrolled by Surf Lifeguards every Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday from 11:00 to 17:00 between 12 November 2021 until 13 March 2022. Weekday patrols from 10:00 to 18:00 start from 14 December 2021 until 28 January 2022.
