PSLSC patrols Ahuriri Beach. Voluntary patrol is in place on Saturdays and Sundays during the summer months, with Regional Lifeguard Service providing a patrolled service weekdays from mid December to mid January.

Patrol Hours
Ahuriri Beach will be patrolled by Surf Lifeguards every Saturday & Sunday from 12:00pm to 5:00pm between 29 November 2025 until 1 March 2026. Weekday patrols are 11:00am to 6:00pm from Monday 16 December 2025 until Friday 16 January 2026.
