Bulletins may occasionally be issued by SLSNZ to notify Clubs and Members of an unanticipated problem which requires urgent or immediate remedy in order to maintain minimum standards of safety and welfare. Bulletins will generally provide a brief commentary on the background, the problem, the solutions/s and also provide details on how the solution will be implemented. Bulletins may not include prior consultation with Clubs and/or Members due to the need to urgently or immediately implement solutions to meet legal requirements e.g. Health and Safety at Work Act 2015, Maritime Transport Act 1994.
