Club Income Generation Toolkits
Surf Life Saving, with support from Away We Go - Matike Mai, has developed a comprehensive package focused on Club Income Generation. This includes a series of online webinars, guides and templates that can be applied to all 74 clubs. The toolkits have been divided into four sections.

1. Club Income Development & Management
This toolkit emphasises using clubs' financial reports to guide strategic planning and income growth through sponsorship, grants and fundraising, forming the foundation for the other three sections. Along with this toolkit you will have access to the following templates:

This toolkit focuses on best practice sponsorship acquisition and management at a volunteer / local club level, sponsorship tools, and guidance on do's and don'ts. Along with this toolkit you will have access to the following templates:

3. Club Grant Funding Plan & Toolkit
This toolkit focuses on best practice grants acquisition and management at a volunteer / local club level, grant tools, information on what funders look for, what the club needs to prepare for applications and guidance on collaborating with SLSNZ, other clubs and internally to realise the total funding available.
4. Club Fundraising Plan & Toolkit
This toolkit focuses on best practice fundraising at a volunteer / local club level, recommendations for improving current fundraising activity, fundraising concepts and tools and information on what donors look for.
