Surf Life Saving New Zealand has an insurance policy that covers clubs and members that chose to be part of the scheme. This includes cover for building, contents, equipment and vehicles. We also provide liability cover all staff, members and people working on behalf of SLS.

If you have a loss we have attached the claim forms. Complete and return these forms to AON.
