Canterbury - Surf Lifeguard Exam #6

Description

PLEASE NOTE- Any members wanting to compete in Nationals will have to do the February exam. No candidate sitting this exam will be able to attend Nationals in Mount Maunganui. 

Duration: 2 Evenings

Day 1:  Tuesday 5th March- theory test & pool components, Linwood Pool TBC

Day 2: Thursday 7th March- practical & beach components, venue TBC

This exam is for anyone wanting to compete in pre season events. 

Requirements:          

• Participate in full courses as required for qualification
• Complete all practical requirements as necessary
• Complete all theory requirements – full workbook completion prior to weekend is mandatory for some qualification.

PRE-REQUISITES

• Surf Lifeguard Award                   
• 14 years of age
  Current member of a SLS Club
