Hawke's Bay Beach Education & Paid Lifeguard fitness test

Only fitness test for those based in Hawke's Bay to complete your fitness components to the Beach Education and Paid Lifeguard applications.

This will be held at the Napier Aquatic Centre.

a. Run 3km in under 20 minutes (the run will be after the pool swim)

b. Swim 400m in under 8 minutes (be ready to swim at 4pm)
