<p><strong>Purpose:</strong></p> <p>This year the IRB Development days are back better than ever with a series of development days spread across three separate weekends.</p> <p>#1 20 August 2023</p> <p>#2 03 September 2023</p> <p>#3 24 September 2023</p> <p> </p> <p>The focus for day 1 is for those who want to attain their Crew Person Award, we need qualified drivers to attend on day 1 as well . days 2 and 3 will be for those who are working towards their operators and instructors and gaining more driving experience.  </p> <p> </p> <p>Whether its to level up your IRB qualifications, gain general surf knowledge and experience, or add to the skillset that supports patrolling our beaches, this is a great way to get involved and get amongst it. You will need to have attended at least two of the development days to be considered for the Riversdale IRB weekend to be held on 6,7,8 October.</p> <p>If you have any questions, have a chat to your club instructors to get involved.</p> <p><strong>Registration Process:</strong></p> <p>To register follow the link and complete the <a href="https://forms.gle/8y5JLog6TCiNfxcu8">on-line registration</a> form,</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>What to bring along:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Full westsuit</li> <li>Lunch and snacks</li> <li>Water bottle</li> <li>Towel</li> <li>Warm dry clothes</li> <li>Jacket</li> <li>Any medication which you require</li> <li>Workbook for Driver Candidates</li> </ul> <p>Clubs will also need to provide their own equipment for their candidates, this includes but not limited to: IRB hull, engine, fuel, tools and fuel bladder etc.</p> <p><strong>Further Information:</strong></p> <p>Clubs registering candidates please also include the contact details of your instructors/helpers so that we can include them in any important communications.</p> <p>Further details including location, weather/swell forecast will be emailed out to registered clubs and contacts closer to the date.</p> Development
