2022-23 Eastern Region Rookie Championships

Rookie Champs is an opportunity for Rookie Life Guards to demonstrate their ability to work individually and as a team in performing skills associated with the Rookie Lifeguard program.

The Rookie Champs competition includes a number of tasks both physical and theory based which involve racing, rescue techniques, theory tests and first aid situations.
