Description
Eastern Regional Junior Carnival returns to Waihi Beach in 2023, 11-12 February.
The Junior carnival welcomes Junior Surf Participants U11-U14 to a weekend carnival testing ocean confidence, skills, teamwork and fun with their friends. The Eastern Regional Junior Carnival will offer most of the events contested at Oceans '23
