<p>The 2022 Tasman Pool Event will be held at Westland Recreation Centre in Greymouth.</p> <p>This event is open to all ages (juniors to masters)</p> <h2><strong>Event Time</strong></h2> <p>We have the facility booked from 12:00pm until 7:00pm, this includes the 25m pool, recreation pools and hydro slides that everyone involved is welcome to use throughout.</p> <p>The first race will be starting at 12:30pm</p> <h2><strong>Entry Information</strong></h2> <p>Entries are now live, and can be completed via the new Waves system this season</p> <p><a href="https://waves.surflifesaving.org.nz/login">https://waves.surflifesaving.org.nz/login</a></p> <ul> <li>Canterbury clubs should be familiar with this, if any Tasman clubs need assistance, please sing out</li> <li>There is an entry fee of $20 per competitor for this event, but there will be plenty of racing for all ages!</li> <li>This event is open to all ages, from 7 year olds, through to masters.</li> <li>Entries close Monday 19<sup>th</sup> September, 11:00am</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Event Details</strong></h2> <p>The purpose of this event is focused on participation and having the ability to try out pool rescue events in a race context.</p> <p>We will be running a lot of the traditional events such as 50m with fins, brick/manikin carries, obstacle races, and the relay events also.</p> <p>However, we will also make some fun events up on the day such as obstacles with fins, and some other modifications for everyone to get involved with.</p> <p> </p> <h1><a rel="noopener" href="/media/996583/tasman-pool-event-circular.pdf" target="_blank" title="Tasman Pool Event - Circular.pdf"><strong>Event Circular - pdf</strong></a></h1> Sport
