<h1>EVENT OVERVIEW</h1> <p>2022 Canterbury Juniors will be held over two days at New Brighton SLSC and North Beach SLSC.</p> <p>Event like these help ensure our future lifeguards are keeping fit, and skilled amongst a variety of disciplines emulating what they may have to do as a lifeguard.</p> <p> </p> <h1>ENTRY INFORMATION</h1> <p>Entries may be made using the SLSNZ Online Event Entry System. PRE-EXISTING MEDICAL CONDITIONS

All participants with a pre-existing medical condition must complete and submit a Pre-Existing Medical Conditions Declaration form prior to the close of entries. These forms are to be submitted to the Event Manager by email to luke.smith@surflifesaving.org.nz  However, participants are encouraged to submit these as early as possible.

Once submitted, the forms will be reviewed by SLSNZ and a decision will be made on whether a Competitor Waiver form is required to be completed.
