2022 Otago/Southland Juniors will be held on at Kaka Point SLSC.

Event like these help ensure our future lifeguards are keeping fit, and skilled amongst a variety of disciplines emulating what they may have to do as a lifeguard.

PRE-EXISTING MEDICAL CONDITIONS

All participants with a pre-existing medical condition must complete and submit a Pre-Existing Medical Conditions Declaration form prior to the close of entries. These forms are to be submitted to the Event Manager by email to luke.smith@surflifesaving.org.nz  However, participants are encouraged to submit these as early as possible.

Once submitted, the forms will be reviewed by SLSNZ and a decision will be made on whether a Competitor Waiver form is required to be completed.

COVID-19 EVENT GUIDELINES - The event will run under the CPF - Orange where Vaccine Passes will be required from all those 12 years and 3 months old
