Description
This camp is aimed at new and developing IRB Driver candidates who are just starting or continuing their IRB Driver pathway and will give candidates a good grounding in the basic skills needed to enable them to develop into competent drivers through further training offered at their own Club or Academy.
The Senior Lifeguard Award – IRB Driver (SLA-IRBD) is designed to create competent IRB drivers. This award gives Surf Lifeguards the knowledge and skills to respond using an IRB in rescue situations.
