<p>The Capital Coast IRB Development weekend is designed to assist members of a certain skill level to achieve a Senior Lifeguard IRB Driver’s Award.</p> <p>The desired skill level of the candidates is those who have previously attended <strong><u>TWO</u></strong> of the Capital Coast IRB Development days.
