Applicants for the Regional Lifeguard Service and Beach Education must complete this competency as part of their application.

This is the first of two opportunities to complete the competency in Dunedin, the other being on the 26th of September.

Please meet at the Dunedin Caledonian Ground at 5:20pm.

The timed 3km run will occur between 5:30pm and 6pm.

Following this, we will meet at Moana Pool for the timed 400m swim component which will occur between 6:30pm and 7pm.
