IRB Driver Practical Test

Registrations Close 20th July 2020

 

Please note this exam is a practical only and candidates must have sat and passed their IRB Driver Theory Exam prior to this date.

 

Instructors – please complete the Exam Registration Form and return to poppy.crouch@surflifesaving.org.nz by the close off date.

 

Candidates must meet all the pre-reqs for the Senior IRB-Driver Award.

Pre requisites; 
- 16 years of age
- Current member of a SLS club
- IRB Crewperson Module
- Marine VHF Radio Operators Certificate
- Surf Lifeguard Award (held for at least six months and be currently refreshed) You must hold your Surf Lifeguard Award for at least 6 months before you start any IRB Driver training. 

 

What to bring;
