The second Junior Surf Carnival of the 2018/19 season will be held at Oakura Beach.

This carnival will include an almost full list of events, however Tube and Board Rescue will not be included.

An arena may be set up for Nip Nip competitors as well, this will be decided closer to the carnival based on conditions.
