If conditions are deemed unsuitable to run this event, any changes will apply to both the Men’s &amp; Women’s event.</p> <p>Event Clashes – Events will not be held for any competitor. If a competitor has not registered for an event, or is not on the line ready then they will not start in that heat or another heat.</p> <p>The final programme will be influenced by the weather conditions of the day. The Event Management Committee may alter competition courses in order to address safety or to account for tidal, sea and beach condition changes. As far as possible we will undertake to provide all competitors with fair and equal conditions.</p> <p><strong>Waves &amp; RFID Tags:</strong><br>This event will be run using the Waves system &amp; will require athletes to have RFID tags.<br>No tags=no racing<br>If individuals are missing tags, please contact the Event Manager before event cut off (entries@lifesaving.org.nz )<br><br></p> Sport

Programming:
Saturday - Surf Race, Board Race, Ski Race, Iron/Diamond, Beach Sprint, Beach Flags, Beach Relay, Boats and Canoes.
Sunday - 4-Person Mixed Board Relay, Ski Relay and 6-Person Mixed Taplin Relay.
o 4-Person Mixed Board Relay require 2x Male & 2x Female competitors.
o 6-Person Mixed Taplin Relay requires 1x Male & 1x Female per discipline.
