<p>Pool Championships – Technical Skills Workshop</p> <p><strong>Date:</strong>              Friday 17<sup>th</sup> August 2018</p> <p><strong>Venue:</strong>            Bartlett Swim School, Papamoa</p> <p><strong>Address:</strong>        15 Market Pl, Papamoa Beach</p> <p><strong>Time:              </strong>6:00pm  to 7:30pm                                        </p> <p>Course Overview</p> <p>This workshop aims to provide club coaches with the advanced technical knowledge and skills needed to coach each individual pool championships discipline to their athletes.</p> <p>Course Information<br />Duration        1.5 hours wet session: applying techniques<br />Delivered by   Scott Bartlett<br />Targeted for Any Surf Lifesaving club coach or Swimming club coach who is looking to take athletes to the Regional or National Surf Lifesaving Pool Championships.<br />Course Costs User pays (including GST): $10.00</p> <p>Topics covered</p> <ol> <li>Advanced technique and skill progressions for athletes in all Pool Championships disciplines</li> </ol> <p>Outcomes</p> <p>At the completion of this course, coaches will be able to:</p> <ol> <li>Identify and communicate the key technical aspects of each event</li> <li>Identify and communicate the advanced skill progressions of athletes competing in each event</li> </ol> <p>Registration process</p> <p>Please contact your Club Administrator to be registered onto the course.</p> <p>Registrations close on Monday 13<sup>th</sup> August 2018.</p> <p>Participant resources</p> <p>Each participant must bring a pen, and wet gear (if you want to be in the water to watch or video practical exercises). Course Overview

This workshop aims to provide club coaches with the advanced technical knowledge and skills needed to coach each individual pool championships discipline to their athletes.
