<h2>Eastern Region IRB Development Camp # 3</h2> <p><strong>Date:</strong>&nbsp;Saturday 11th &amp; Sunday 12th August 2018<br /> <strong>Venue:</strong>&nbsp;Wainui SLSC, Gisborne<br /> <strong>Address:</strong>&nbsp;<span>11 Moana Rd, Okitu, Gisborne 4010</span><br /> <strong>Time:</strong>&nbsp;Kicking off at 9am on Saturday.</p> <p><strong>Purpose:</strong><br /> The purpose of this development weekend is to provide local IRB development opportunities aimed at those who are at introductory to intermediate level, and to further their knowledge, experience and skills.</p> <p>To provide an opportunity for new/trainee IRB Drivers and Crewman to:<br /> 1. Gain further driving and crewing hours under experienced instruction<br /> 2. Improve their skills with the assistance of experience instructors and examiners.<br /> 3. Enhance local instructional skill bases.<br /> 4. Please check with your Instructor if you wish to register.</p> <p><strong>Weekend Programme &amp; Requirements:</strong><br /> Saturday: 9am - 4pm<br /> Sunday: 9am - 2pm<br /> A theory component will be offered for those candidates that are ready, this will be conducted on Saturday afternoon. If conditions permit, a crewman practical exam will be held for candidates.</p> <p><strong>What to bring along:</strong><br /> - Full Wetsuit<br /> - Lunch and snacks both days<br /> - Water Bottle<br /> - Towel<br /> - Warm dry clothes<br /> - Jacket<br /> - Any medication which you require<br /> - Workbook for Driver Candidates</p> <p>Clubs will also need to provide their own equipment for their candidates, this includes but not limited to: IRB Hull, Engine, Fuel, Tools, and Fuel Bladder etc.</p> Development
