This is a 2 day resuscitation course that will be covering Unit Standards 6400, 6401 and 6402.

Surf Life Saving First Aid Level 1 is a prerequisite for many other SLSNZ Courses.

Registrations are to be made by emailing Sam Clutterbuck directly.

Registrations close 10:00am Thursday 19th July 2018.

Topics the course will cover:

- Assessment of Emergency situations and basic drowning physiology.

- Basic life support, Soft tissue injuries.

- bleeding, shock, fractures and head injuries.

- Hypothermia, asthma, oxygen delivery systems, burns and asthma.
