SLSNZ Complaints Policy

Surf Life Saving New Zealand (SLSNZ) knows everyone involved in surf lifesaving is here because of a shared passion and care for the people involved. We're committed to supporting everyone, including members, volunteers, employees, whanau and supporters, to participate in a respectful, safe, and fair environment.


Complaints can be made by or about anyone involved in surf lifesaving. This includes Members, Officers, volunteers, the Board, employees, family/whanau of Members, service providers, and the public.
