2016 will see the first ever Central Region Junior Championships. This event has been established due to the ever increasing level of competition in the Central Region. Providing a great stepping stone for novice athletes this event will also recognise champions who will go on to compete at Ocean Athletes. The Central Region is home to some of the strongest Junior surf clubs in the country and it will be a tussle for the top club spot. On a great beach in the heart of Taranaki this event will be one not to be missed.
