New partnership for Surf Life Saving and Kubota
Friday, 18 September 2015Surf Life Saving New Zealand (SLSNZ), together with Kubota Ltd, is proud to announce a new partnership that will help support clubs and raise funds through the sale of new Kubota vehicles.
The two year partnership officially commenced on September 1 and SLSNZ CEO Paul Dalton says it's great to have them on board as a partner to Surf Life Saving New Zealand.
"Kubota has been a supporter of SLSNZ for several years now and we're delighted to formally welcome them to the partner family," he says.
As part of the official arrangement, Kubota will pay SLSNZ a donation of $100 for every Kubota RTV vehicle sold in New Zealand during the partnership.
They will also provide SLSNZ with equipment to support events around the country, including transport and delivery. One Kubota RTV will also be provided to a selected club each year.
On top of this, Kubota dealers throughout the country will help undertake fundraising activities for the annual Surf Life Saving Summer Appeal.
Kubota New Zealand Manager Ian Massicks says Kubota New Zealand is proud to make their ongoing relationships with SLSNZ official.
"The support that SLSNZ provides to our communities can mean the difference between life or death and, to be able to support them in doing that, means a lot to the wider Kubota team and our customers, he says.
"We are thankful to be supporting SLSNZ and as their slogan says, we are In it for Life."
