Season Coach/Operation Assistant - Waimarama Surf Life Saving Club
Waimarama Surf Life Saving Club located in the Hawkes Bay is seeking a well organised person with excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver coaching programmes across the membership base and provide some operation support to the directors of the club.
This is a varied role with a great opportunity to become part of a community based organisation operating under the iconic Surf Life Saving brand.
The successful candidate will need to be able to demonstrate competence in the following areas.
- Proven coaching experience.
- Ability to organise, motivate athletes/ members.
- Previous experience in Surf life saving is preferred..
- Show Leadership and initiative.
- Able to work on their own.
- Be flexible and adaptable.
- Exceptional people organisation and management.
This position is fixed term (30 hours a week) from approx 1 November until the end of February.
A high degree of flexibility is required within this role as activities will operate during weekends and some evenings.
